Signs that make you wonder – Interesting information

Signs – Webster’s defines a sign as any visible thing, motion, appearance or event which indicates the existence or approach of something else. In the Bible, signs and wonders often accompany the sharing and spreading of the gospel. Remember however, we are cautioned to examine signs and wonders for their spiritual source.

A much more mundane use of the word refers to everyday, posted signs. They are spread across our daily life from road signs, to posters, flyers, billboards, notices etc. We are so bombarded that our brains often process, sort and even discard them without conscious thought. 

Occasionally however, we see a sign that stops our normal process and makes us think a little deeper. I have a small collection of these signs to share…

I saw these next two signs wandering a small town. They both provided a giggle and some pondering.

Sooo, I’m pretty sure this defeats the actual purpose of an elevator…

Usually the warning signs tell us to use the handrails for safety (which we promptly ignore). So now one must wonder, why shouldn’t I use the handrail? Is this reverse psychology?
